The cost of the workshop (all four sessions) is $100.

This class will be for women. We are hoping to expand offerings in the near future.
Our hope is that we will be able to tailor the content to what the group is needing and that each participant will be able to make (at least) one sustainable change to improve their sleep by the end of the class.
Remember, this is the first time we are offering this class, so you will have a unique opportunity to craft what we cover and we will be asking for your feedback afterwards!
