Remember, this is the first time we are offering this class, so you will have a unique opportunity to craft what we cover and we will be asking for your feedback afterwards!

Catherine Davies, MD is a board certified psychiatrist in Bainbridge Island who has specialized in the treatment of mental health conditions in women for over a decade. She is the co-founder of the Center for Perinatal Bonding and Support in Seattle, WA, a day-hospital program for women and their babies struggling with postpartum mental health conditions.
Now in private practice in Bainbridge Island, Dr. Davies has expanded her practice to care for women in many stages of life and she has seen how important lifestyle interventions can be to improve mental health. She is excited to shift her focus toward metabolic health.
Dr. Davies has three older teens and way too many animals! She enjoys camping, reading, cooking, biking and practicing with her Master's Swim Club.
