Foundations is a low-pressure, ongoing membership focused on practical, evidence-informed nutrition for mental and metabolic health.
This is not a course you need to complete.
It’s a place to come back to.
We move slowly, assume real life is busy, and focus on what’s realistic and supportive—not rigid or all-or-nothing.
Sessions are held every other week on Wednesdays starting at noon and always recorded.
You’re welcome to participate as much—or as little—as feels right.
Listening quietly counts.
We’re starting with eating because it’s foundational, concrete, and often the most doable place to begin.
Over time, I may occasionally offer bonus workshops on related topics such as sleep, movement, or self-care for those who want to explore further.
There is no expectation to do everything.
Community
Members are invited to an optional, low-key online community to connect with others, share experiences, and ask practical questions. Participation is always optional, and it’s completely fine to read without posting.
Foundations may be a good fit if you:
This is designed for busy, overwhelmed adults—not people looking for strict plans or rapid transformation.
Founding membership: $29 per month
First session TBD--likely in Feb 2026
This lower monthly rate is intended to make it easier to try without a large upfront commitment.
Founding members are locked into this rate as long as they remain members.
You can cancel anytime.
If now isn’t the right time, that’s completely okay.
Foundations is meant to be supportive—not another obligation,
